We are ‘down-to-earth’ and don’t use jargon, so we can quickly build a rapport with you, which means that you will benefit by understanding the route to take and feel comfortable using us as your ‘safety net’.
How we work
Coaching
Your Business Improvements’ coach will provide you with:
- mentoring consultations – we recommend up to two sessions with you per month. Each session usually lasts for approximately two hours, with a two-week period in between sessions. We will discuss your progress, agree your goals for the next period, and prioritise the actions that need to be taken so you can achieve your objectives
- a critique service – your coach will be available to critique your work, and can be contacted via e-mail or telephone to ensure that you are on track with your activities to achieve your goals
All our coaches guarantee to:
- give personal attention to you as a client, and to make it easy for you to deal with Business Improvements by providing a single point of contact
- work with you and be proactive in encouraging you to achieve your goals and objectives. This includes reviewing information and critiquing your activities and tasks
- get to know you, your company, and the direction you want to go by taking the time to understand what is important to you and your business
- be your safety net by listening to and discussing what you need to do
- be flexible, and easy to deal with and so help take you through your comfort zone when trying new and unfamiliar strategies
- make a difference to your business and help you achieve your goals – by encouraging you to put new ideas and strategies into practice
- sharpen your skills and broaden your knowledge so that you can continue to grow your business after the coaching assignment is completed
Tailored training
Your Business Improvements’ training consultant will provide you with:
- a free-of-charge consultation meeting – to establish the purpose and objectives of the training programme
- an outline agenda – to describe the content and costs of your training programme content and its costs
- All our consultants guarantee to:
- prepare a training programme that is related to your business and industry. We do not use standard training programmes, but will tailor them to your requirements
